As much as you have complex drive space to store. Your download speed if that's what you were asking almost has more to do near your internet connection.
You can download as much as your computer holds surrounded by free hard drive space.
As much as you enjoy hard drive space :)
Contact your ISP ( e.g. virgin medium if you get internet from them) ask them something like your downloads limits /package. Your be capable of download as much as your limits allow- if you own enough space on your strong drive (your hard drive is measured contained by GB / giga bites - the more the better)
