iight i get a compaq presario sr1603wm and i need to kno what variety of cpu and video card i can get for a wearing clothes price i have 2.18gb of run into and hopefully i given u enough info.seriously in recent times give me a clothed video card thats better then the piece of **** i get XD and my cpu needs to be upgraded ok im asking to much progress on help =D

Upgrading your Compaq CPU is not a obedient idea (in my opinion), as motherboard and other peripherals will not be compatible. It will be a strain and a bigger loss as the spare from your Compaq will be thrown away. It would be cheaper to sell your current laptopa and buy a newer one.. not the most modern, but at least a contrivance with complex CPU speed
clink on start, go to run



type dxdiag within the box and click run. this will tell you exactley what you own on your computer. write as much of this down as you can before you dance shopping. Remember, if you get a alien video card, you may need a high power source and upgrade you RAM. You can get a great card for underneath $200
