Bad PC Video Card??
Not so much a problem with your video card, but more imagined a problem with the resolution or galvanize rate that your video card is outputting.
Certain monitors can only display a constant range of resolutions and/or revitalize rates. When the video card sends a signal that is out of that scope, some monitors will simply not work.
Instead of going to safe mode, select Enable VGA mode on equal menu. This will set the resolution and refresh rate to the failure to pay levels and allow you to see a picture within normal mode.
Likely, or you might own just lost your driver.
You will want to re-install the video drivers. best point to do is to update them to a newer version when possible.
If you are booting within safe mode and enjoy a picture then the problem is not your video card -- try pushing F8 when you boot up (instead of booting surrounded by safe mode) -- when you push F8, within should be a list to choose from and hopefully VGA mode will be within the list. That should minister to. If not, how long has this be going on, did it happen adjectives of a sudden, or was your computer acting abnormal for a while? It also might be a resolution problem...
does your computer have a built surrounded by video or do you have a seperate video card?if it have abuilt in and you are using a seperate card try using the built contained by and see if it works.
