Audio facilitate please?

Hi Everybody~

I'm within a real spot here. My computer is brand untried & worked just great until presently. I don't know what I clicked on that I shouldn't have but sunddenly I own NO sound. I hold gone to everyplace I can think of that deal with this trouble, but so far nought works.

If anyone can help me I sure would appreciate it.
