when trying to reformat my computer, i changed my bios setting to boot from cd drive and save it.but when reboot my comp and everything did not changed back to previous setting...surrounded by other word.the bios changes cannot be save...not only the boot priority settings...i enjoy tried all the change..and they could not be changed(save)

The only possible motive of your BIOS settings getting reset is your CMOS cell being exhausted. Replace the cell near a new one.
Check your CMOS mobile.. that's all ,apparently small flat battery like that don't even charge when your PC is on or on a hibernate mode. so better concept is to replace it with a latest one.
