Anyway to retrieve delete files from my computer?

I hear there be a way to retrieve adjectives your files you have ever have on your computer?? i would really like to know how i could do this.. and if you dont own to download software that would be great.. but i will download it if i have to...thanx

You can simply retrieve files that have not be overwritten by other files, unfortunately as soon as any disk hustle and bustle takes place the space where on earth the files were is used again. This destroys any trace of the untested files.
I used a program called Restoration. It worked great. You're better stale using either an external unyielding drive, or maybe a thumb/jump drive if it's big adequate.
